KP needs quads. He must work on his legs this summer even more than he already did.

KP was a late scratch so I am going to be pretty disappointed to say the least if he doesn't play. This is the type of game he has to play in.

Tongue

(may we call him pee pee, if he does it again Big Grin ?)

Unfortunately, I don't think his slump will last forever (to good of a player);  on another note: so won't Maxi's.

Well not to be a dick, but what did we give up for KP?

31 games played and he missed three weeks with right knee soreness
20 games played and COVID
10 games played (every two days) and he missed a play-off game with right knee soreness

Everybody knew he was a superstar on the floor, but everybody was also scared for his long-term health.

It certainly does not look like he´s made for the daily grind of a 82+ games season either. Next year the season will be a lot more condensed, too.

Maybe Dario Saric isn´t the worst idea for the MLE, just so he can spare Porzingis a few games.

You can't be comparing these two trades. Clippers gave up SGA (probably a future all star), 20 ppg vet in Gallo and 5 first round picks, while Mavs did lost cause DSJ, 2 expiring that we would most likely not resign and 2 first round picks.

Not to mention we also made great use of the three pieces thrown in. Lee is a good locker room guy, THJ is a solid number 3 on offense and Burke is a bench spark.

Give Burke 32 minutes.
Josh Green is a top 5 Mavs player...

Burke played 37 last game and obv has been a huge factor so I am thinking 30+ minutes is a pretty safe assumption even if KP is playing.
