They're right, more fastbreak points would also allow Luka to bark at the refs after a defensive stop. Just pass it ahead to the guys running down the court when they have an opportunity. Kidd was a HUGE fastbreak player, I can't for the life of me figure out why he won't/can't instill that in these guys. Green and Hardy are the perfect kick out players for that type aspect of the game.

On the one hand they are right, but Shaq makes a good point. Luka IS generating open looks time and again. It works. It's way more efficient than just letting THJ or SD go and try and create something.

Further, Kenny said that the Mavs won't beat any serious team in a 7 game series in the playoffs playing this way when they literally did it last year against the Suns.

I see their point though. Pushing the pace and getting out can only help. I know Luka is reluctant to do it but I just don't see why they can't play that way when Luka goes to the bench?

On the contrary, being conditioned by being a Mavs fan is what has led a lot of us to hitch our wagons to Wood and overlook his flaws.

Playoff Luka is a force I don't think is wise to bet against.

Just watching the trends of the season.  We get waxed by quality opponents and struggle to put away bad teams.  I'm also not betting against Luka.
