Let's say he was 19 and she was 15. That's statutory rape, regardless of the circumstances. The only thing we have to wait for to make the story valid or not is if he was >=18 and she was <16. Period.

I agree with having laws...but not all of them are perfect.
I dont think this kid should be labeled a monster over this for falling for temptation, assuming it was in an organic, consensual thing. The law says he should be labeled that...so. Im not ruining his life over it if it was simply mutual temptation and consensual....YOU CAN THOUGH. I think that would be unreasonable.
