He could shoot the 3, and had a nice all around game. This is so sad as obviously he was battling other demons and was just 25. R.I.P.

He probably entered the NBA at the wrong time. He probably would have had much better success in the 90s. He was really strong down low but that part of the game is being marginalized and it was tough for him to find a footing. RIP>

Newspaper says he died of natural causes at age 25. Absolutely gut wrenching for his friends and family.
14x All-Star, 12x all-NBA, 1x MVP, 1x Finals MVP, 1 NBA Championship: Dirk Nowitzki, the man, the myth, the legend.

Even if you want to be charitable about Wiggins and say you didn't think he was a bad baller, you at least thought his contract was terrible. I think I was neutral on it because it was for D'Lo and if I remember right Minnesota threw them a pick too. I wouldn't even necessarily call that an L by Minnesota in hindsight though, they needed a shake up and so did Wiggins. They probably wouldn't have made the playoffs without that trade.

We're 31million over the 2022-2023 hard cap. We'd have to shed that before we could have a S&T in? (06-23-2022, 03:22 PM)KillerLeft Wrote: ...Thank God. Exactly! There's a reason his teams have a better record when he doesn't play and the Cs got better letting him walk. |
