Nah. Clippers are not one of the league's best teams. For all the talk about Luka not getting any help, the Clips are the shallowest "contender" I’ve ever seen. Marcus Morris and waiver-wire Nick Batum are their 3rd and 4th best players. They don’t have anybody else who can stay on the court defensively. And they don’t have a coach.
Their top 2 players are extraordinary. Their coach is not great. Their bench is decent, now that 2 former starters are on it. Weak 4 seed. Mavs will not be so lucky next round.
Oh, and Lakers stink too.

Clippers had some turnovers, but the Mavs flat out turned them over on a good number of those. Powell jumped passing lanes and then THJ and DFS locked folks down.

The Clippers were more fatigued than Dallas by the 4th quarter. Carlisle's coaching strategy worked out over the course of the game.

Great game. Wow was that draining and thrilling at the same time. If Mann hits that shot late to put Clipps up 1 with seconds left, I would not have been in a good place this morning.
For a little bit of comedy, do you think Philadelphia has a little buyers remorse seeing Richardson close the game with those free throws?
