I'm saying this in full understanding that Luka moved to another country when he was only 13 and has amazingly already mastered two languages, working on his 3rd, but...
He's going to need to work on his English pretty quickly, imo. I don't think he's very good at expressing complex thoughts in English yet, even though he seems like he wants to. In that area, Porzingis is way ahead of the curve. It's easy to see what spending your first few years in NY does for a player. They must have a PR team who knows what the NY media is like and works hard to get their players ready to deal with it.
