Two things could be seen in this game on the Milwaukee side:
1. How bad is their offense with Giannis playing onball in halfcourt offense. The other Bucks looked much better with him gone. This is not Giannis fault, this is a system (coach) fault
2. Bucks basically have no offense, it is just iso ball. They had a good second quarter, but then it was just Middleton iso ball. I could say Bucks were lucky because he was shooting very difficult shots

On the Miami side, Robinson is sooooo gooood! He is constantly running on offense. Not moving, running.

We can throw some serious cash at Robinson and Nunn, if the Heat succeed with their Giannis, Oladipo, Bam and Butler plan. Let´s see whether Robinson and Nunn stay, when somebody offers them 10M+ per season, if it is even legally possible for the Heat to retain them. I´d say it makes no sense for the Heat to try and sign Oladipo instead of Robinson/Nunn.

Nunn is nothing special. Robinson on the other hand - as long as he can shoot as well as he does, he is. Tall, deadly shooter, not a hole on defense, great motor. I am really impressed. That's 15-20 mil per year player.

1) Duncan Robinson is under contract for next season (2020-21).

2) The dude is a GREAT defender. He is +4.2 on/off defense (+8.4 on offense!) AND top 10 in the NBA +3.09 DRPM (same as Giannis). 

3) He is EXACTLY what the Mavs need. But the Heat have restricted Bird rights on Duncan for 21-22 and a caphold of $2.1M....he is NOT leaving MIA.

Giannis is a bigman and the Bucks are using him as the main ballhandler. He has good handles for a guy of his size but he needs a main ballhandler next to him that can bring the ball up the floor. I guess Bledsoe was supposed to be that guy but he has been terrible. Bucks should have kept Brogdon instead of him. They probably regret choosing Bledsoe over Brogdon.

That's what I was saying earlier. Bledsoe is just stealing money at this point.

I hope the "why doesn't Carlisle force-feed time to youngsters" crowd is watching Michael Porter Junior try to single-handedly give this game away tonight. And, I hope they're noticing the 87% of his touches that end in utter disaster, not just the 13% that are (admittedly) amazing. 

Don't even get me started on his defense.

 Because our overall defense don’t give them any pressure. After all this , I hope our fans start understanding the defense pressure our team gave (Especially Maxi On Kawhi) are terrible.

Anybody else considering Brad Stevens a great coach? I mean they overperform every season he's been there, he's really good at mixing it up and developing young talent. If not for the Hayward-injuries, Boston would have been scary good the last couple of years.

The team has hit on some high picks though. Brown, Tatum. Smart is extremely underrated. Kemba is a star. Their front office does a good job.  I like Stevens but a lot of coaches would love to have that roster.

He certainly is a good coach and deserves some credit for the development of the younger players but the real hero is Danny Ainge. The team is stacked.
The amount of high draft picks they had in the last couple of years is a big reason why they were able to add talent. Usually a playoff team isn´t picking in the lottery every single year.

Marcus Smart #6 in 2014. Probably a top 5 defender in the league.
Terry Rozier #16 in 2015. Main piece of the Kemba Walker sign&trade.
Jaylen Brown #3 in 2016. One of the best two-way wings in the league. Scores 20pts and defends the best opposing wing.
Jason Tatum #3 in 2017. Boston traded down, picked the best player and added even more picks. Tatum is probably the Celtics best player. Another 20+ points per game two-way wing.

12 1st round picks in the last six drafts. Three more this year.
11 2nd round picks in the last six drafts. One more this year.


Hayward was signed in free agency.
Traded for Irving: Crowder, Thomas, Zizic, 1st round pick (8th Sexton), 2nd round pick
Sign and trade for Walker: Received a 2nd round pick. Send Terry Rozier and a worse 2nd round pick.

Ainge is the anti Donnie/Cuban. No plan powder. Collecting assets and slowly improving the roster.

Yes, Brad Stevens is legit. 

Brad Stevens, Rick Carlisle, Nick Nurse, and (begrudgingly) Eric Spoelstra is the top tier, in my opinion. 

Nuggets guy is shooting up my list right now though. That offense is pretty impressive, and they move the ball.
