Exactly right. Dude saw what the job was, suggested some things he knew the boss didn't want to hear, and then the two parties agreed to go their separate ways.
Now, one of the rumors at the time was that Rosas wanted to trade Dirk, which, on paper might've been the right move at the time, but thankfully, Cuban just didn't want to hear it. So, the way the Mavs do things isn't ALL bad. There is definitely some bad, and there is enough frustration to go around. But, the stuff people think would suddenly be better with a new front office likely wouldn't change, and some of what they take for granted might get worse. Just my opinion.
