Ok. How can this team be taken seriously when they dont seem to try but once in every 15 games? How come we look really detailed and organized on offense for about one quarter out of every 15 games. As in...Mavs show that they can exploit a defense and get an open perimeter shot by swinging the ball...but only show it a couple of times every 10 or 15 games? How come we look like a well oiled defensive unit with good communication once in every 10-15 games but every other game we look like we are a random squad at a pic up rec game?
How can you evaluate a team confidently when, as a team, we show different gears we are capable of but opt to play in 3rd gear instead of 5th or 6th on a regular basis?
Everyone seems to give the same BS explanation of "inconsistency"...but obviously that is not it.
Can you answer that? How do we evaluate a team that doesnt show their true gears often?
