IMO, it's important to understand WCS to fully appreciate his comments. He's an emotional dude, and the knock on him historically is that he's just not motivated enough to succeed in this league. He's previously talked about Carlisle helped him "fall in love with the work", and here he is raving about how Luka makes the game fun even when players may normally get down. It's basically the highest praise from WCS, where he's describing an aspect of Lukas leadership that he most responds to personally.
