This makes sense, no way HOU trades RoCo for picks unless they are blowing it up and trying to regain as much draft capital as possible.

The Nets are going to be a very fun team to watch in the short run, and then it's going to end spectacularly. Absolutely no way those 3 guys don't end up hating each other before this is over.

Okay so if true I hope dallas doesn’t do anything stupid to try abs make a “splash” just to make noise.

Lakers will be better. GSW will be better. Denver is already better. So are the Clippers.

Bucks and Nets will be better. Toronto/Miami aren’t drooling off.

Dallas needs to just try and be the 4/5 seed. But grow organically with smart moves. Don’t destroy all the assets you have left(and or another much) trying to get Gallo or something.

Let these teams fight it out next year. 2-3 years from now is our time.

KOC: Brooklyn are throwing the kitchen sink in the Harden Trade. All the future picks, all pick swaps + Dinwiddie and Levert

And there you have it. Beal being moved mid-season cause he can't stand RW!

If that really goes through, you might as well sticky this for the rest of the season:

All of these teams getting rid of all their draft assets is crazy.
There will be 5-6 teams with no way to improve for the next 4 years soon.

Mavs need to slow roll it and take advantage when there are less buyers.

I´d say no way the Heat are trading all that for Irving. Big Grin

Though I have to say the idea that the Nets just dump Irving somewhere to roll with KD and Harden is amusing. Irving will probably just walk to the end of the earth and jump off it.

Yep, ever since we've got Luka, I'm just at ease with all these frenzied trade rumors around the deadline.

We'll be fine, peace out!

Which means there will be 5-6 teams with huge options to improve. Dallas is stuck somewhere in the middle. In the end, everyone is paying everything they have for that final pieces of puzzle.

Honestly think Toronto was playing with house money last season. If the lose FVV, they might falter incredibly. Ibaka is on the way out as well. Gasol is gone too. I think Toronto takes a huge step back next season.

I also think the Nets might arguably be worse off if they trade for Harden. If they throw the godfather offer at Houston for Harden, I'd imagine it'd be their entire bench sans Jordan, all their picks, and they're left with a malcontent Irving that can blow the team up at a moments notice, post-achilles Durant (who I need to see actually return to his prior self before I even think he's good again), and Harden, the flopping ball hog.

Eerily reminiscent to the Paul Pierce/KG trade where the Nets went all in too soon on a piece that isn't the perfect fit.

Lakers/GSW/Denver/Clips are all locks. I think the Mavs can be a top 5 seed for sure now that OKC has taken a step back and HOU is on the verge of imploding.
