Presti saves 19 mil as THJ is expiring while Rubio has two years left. We can say they are both of similar quality. Chicago gets a good veteran PG and picks. OKC doesn't make sense to trade for LaVine, as he is not a player to build around, so why would OKC waste picks on him. They need the stars first, than add player of LaVine profile. Chicago doesn't have expiring contracts large enough to motivate OKC. Unless they build the deal around OPJ, but then more salary would need to come to Chicago.
