So...just to ask...is Klay not going to get into the game tonight?

Mavs have two three pointers going in the fourth. Had 14 turnovers in the first half. Really ugly. Scary thing is this is what we would be watching all year if they didn’t get lottery luck.
I can’t believe how poor PJ looks. Something needs to be wrong. He seems out of it.

I guess the Mavs aren't going to win it for Norm Sonju tonight

Guys PJ is a competitor... But play in a lottery no where team just 1 year after the Finals is depressing.
I can understand him.

Quality loss. The Mavs need to clean house.

nope they coasted and tried to lose look at the %'s they performed well below the norm and it can be labeled a predictable loss given missing players that actually contribute a lot. Naji did not allow his game to dip but Max sure did.
Gaffords game improved so kudos to the Gaff. PJ needs to be more like Naji and avoid taking 3's till he gets his 3 point game looking better. Self awareness is required to do that you need to know if your on or not and NAJI seems to avoid taking 3's knowing he is not hot enough perhaps based on his warm up performance. PJ should look at that modified approach and adopt it. If we had matched the Pups on 3 pointer success we would have won this game so chuck on the ORGANIC TANK lives on. Just dream that we improve our pick enough to get whoever it is you dream of drafting guys. TDL requires we trade off something for a couple 2nds at the very least. Hardy becomes an expiring contract next year since3 his last year is a team option also these three become expiring contracts next season as well NAJI, KLAY & DLO. Lively will have a qualifying offer we may not want to offer if he is not healthy next year and that would almost be the same thing. Prediction: The guy we draft will probably be a PG with size that has enough of a shot to be a threat from the SG or SF to hit 3's well and play with Kyrie on the court at the same time, sort of like we did with Luka. The name I see in my dreams starts with a W. Would be nice to grab a better pick to trade down and turn one first into 2 and still get Wag. 2 seconds for trading a Klay. Hardy or DLO is something we need to pursue. 3 would be even better. Cisse is enough of a find I think we may be able to move him and get a 2nd depending on what we pay him. A bottom feeder would enjoy him instead of paying vet salary to a 3rd stringer. Hate to say it but Nemby is probably good trade bait as well. If Brandon does not sound like a guy we want to keep I would work him into the discussion. With Kyrie and a lottery PG on the team next season who is going to be contributing minutes we can use to warrant the need for having 4 PG's. We still have Cooper and Naji for PG play. We can always add undrafted guys with our 2 ways and hope we find something. Next years draft is certainly deep enough talent will fall out. Kyrie and a rookie plus B Will means Ryan is odd man out or if you like Ryan better thinking he improves his game in a 2nd season you can trade off B Will. Keeping both may not be wise given our needs elsewhere. There are bigger better PF's in the 2nd round than PJ and obviously way better 3 point shooters as well at the 3/4. That will be there in the 2nd and so will a better center option than Cisse. Maybe you trade a combo of Klay with Cisse to snag one player and a pick. Use him as a deal sweetener or not he is a decent enough 5 to develop. I would never lead off with that it would be bad tactics.

https://www.tankathon.com/mock_draft crap to get the WAG we might have to earn the 7th pick or better.
Wag is such a cool nick name to use we need this guy just for that. |
