Jason Kidd says Daniel Gafford (left shoulder soreness) will warm up for tonight’s game against the Heat and see how he responds.

Grimes is doing a great job on Tyler Herro to start the game. Tremendous. Lively is defending Adebayo pretty well too, it’s a shame he got that ticky tack foul chasing around that PJ should’ve had.

I’m so happy Grimes is starting to work out. He is literally the perfect player for this team. I hope this trend of him getting more comfortable here continues.

Kind of a dumb foul by PJ there.

They’re attacking Robinson with screens, no matter who he guards. Good stuff.

And in the post. Spoelstra has tried putting him on 3 different people already.

Man Gafford just feasts inside against opposing bench units. Best lineup change ever!

Unfortunately, he is getting murdered on the other end by Adebayo. Just straight killed.

Well, the end of the first quarter got away from them. Not the end of the world, but they certainly had trouble scoring once they got deep into the bench.

Great defense wasted when Grimes and Kleber keystone cops the ball right in for an uncontested layup.

That travel just happened because Marshall was scared to shoot an open three.

Kyrie has been beaten by Tyler Herro the last two times on the floor. He needs to back off and make him a shooter.

I don’t love how this game has been going, but it feels like Miami is playing much harder than Dallas, and, like Dallas is playing, pretty poorly, in general, and yet the score is close.

They’re just attacking Gafford over and over.
