39 without Luka and Kyrie being the 3rd leading scorer.

Pretty clear that Luka has been the problem...lol. Where's this offense been?

ALL YOU CAN DO IS FOUL!

WHAT GREAT DEFENSE BY LIVELY AND PJ!

Then PJ again with attack! KEEP ATTACKING THEM!

I really think we’ll be good enough defensively with PJ and Lively inside. At that point it’s just about Luka, Kyrie and Klay figuring it out offensively.

Really good to see PJ alongside Lively. Just a different team with them on the court.

For some reason, they are pushing the pace and the ball is moving from player to player instead of sticking. I wonder if there’s anything different tonight that might’ve caused that.

For all of Cuban´s years Luka had the excuse of poor teammates to dominate the ball as much as he did. This team has talent. Luka needs to adapt.

EDIT: If Klay could make an open shot, this would be a 15 pt game.

I'm 100% down to trade Luka for Giannis. I think we would be the instant favorites and our defense would be amazing.

That was by far the craziest non call Ive seen in the last 5 years.

Dort mauls Gafford with no whistle. Then OKC gets the softest call in the league.

OKC bias is insane.

Let´s not go crazy, but somebody in his life needs to give him an attitude adjustment. Not sure who has the authority, but it needs to happen.

I knew Marshall was going to be better offensively than most of us expected, but I didn’t know he would be THIS deadly with the ball going downhill. He is like a better passing version of Julius Randall. I’m sure that comparison would fall off at a certain volume, but I have not seen him reach that volume yet on this team, and I am game for pushing the boundary a little bit.

OKC is taking the approach "They can't call everything" and the refs are obliging.

Yet, I love the focus. Keep attacking. Every time down, use your size. Love it.

I actually think a healthy Luka would've feasted this game. Posted up any person on the Thunder and just would've eaten them alive.

WOW

I love that comparison. I did not think of that but totally see it.

Someone said this the other day, but I’m pretty convinced Marshall is one of the most ideal backups for Luka there is. I don’t think they have figured out how to play together perfectly yet, but the Grimes/Luka pairing and the Marshall/Kyrie pairing are both promising.

Also just hypothetically speaking, if you trade Luka you need a young star in return not an older one with lots of mileage. That never works out.

It would have to be packages like Garland/Mobley, Markkanen/Sexton/Hendricks, Wagner/Suggs.

Dort just throws himself in with reckless abandon.

Love the Mavs defensive effort so far. Lively, Klay, Kyrie, Naji, and PJ have been a force.

I agree. You are onto something here.

But also OKC can't do anything but foul our bigger guys this game.
