The NBA should be asked for more clarity.  They certainly shouldn't let him back out if the group has the agreed to financing in place.

The fact this is even happening is insane to me. Not every day billion dollar corporations change hands and the amount of lawyers and financing needed to fund such an operation should prevent these kinds of things.

I think Taylor doesn't really want to sell right now, especially now valuations have doubled since he agreed to sell and he's trying to find any and all possible reasons to kill the deal.
