New York and Lakers get a lot of grief but their front office are quietly doing a solid job.

New York’s front office has operated very effectively in recent years. Very.

Awesome trade for NY, basically gave up nothing while keeping all summer flexibility.
No idea what Detroit FO is doing. Just a mess all around.

I have no idea what Detroit is doing. At least they didn't panic trade one of their youngsters. They need a new GM. I love all the Knicks moves. We will see how the new pieces fall in, but they are going to be a beast to play in the playoffs. So they get OG, Bojan, Burks & Precious and gave up Barrett, Quickly, Grimes and spare parts? That is quick the play.

Knicks are right there with Boston IMO. When they get Robinson, OG, (elbow surgery) and Randle back, they will be a very deep team. I just hope Thibs doesn't run them in the ground. NY clearly won the TDL.
