This time of year there are a lot more buyers than sellers. Hence the asking price on Finney-Smith of 2 first-rounders. We'd be wise to wait a few months until the prices come down a bit.
I also optimistically believe we may still have some solutions on our current roster.
Dwight Powell and Josh Green were good players last season. I think they can be again.
Also, I hold out some hope that OMax can evolve quickly into a solution.
One thing Jason Kidd has done well is to develop young players. I hope he has a vision for OMax and he can find a role for him this season. I'd honestly be Ok with a 41-win season and a play-in appearance if it were the result of playing Jaden Hardy and OMax at least 20 minutes per game each.
