Normally, Frankie shouldn't be a ball handler, but this is the Mavs.
If a guy like RB whose specialty is shooting and can't shoot and can't dribble, you get a guy replace him. Even if the guy replacing him can't score either, at the very least, he should be able to handle the ball better. Not dribbling as a playmaker, but just normal dribbling where a player can put down the ball to help with ball pressure.
RB couldn't dribble at all.
