The thing I like most about Lively (and Prosper) is both have the skill sets where they will find ways to help teams win without worrying about points. Several years ago, Michael Lewis had an article on Battier titled the No Stats all star. I sort of envision this type of title for both Lively and Omax...hopefully with a little more stats though
I think the moment Lively decides to play more aggressively you can probably forget about him getting over the 10 minutes per game mark as he would foul out every time. He has picked up some dumb fouls here & there but he’s clearly getting the rookie treatment from the refs so far. If there’s a 50/50 call it usually goes against him. Just one of those things that you have to accept Imo.
