Yes, but if what is written in that article is true, I see a new Lowry. Worst case, he is a solid and cheap back up. He and Brunson should really be a trouble for opposing teams. Plus he is ready to play from day 1.
Btw - do you know Jimmy Butler has a "neutral" wingspan? I guess not everything is in body measures.
