Post KP era with wind beneath Luka's wings (51 points last game!!! Can he break that record for himself?). Will the new guys suit up, or just be on the bench in suits? Will SD be on the bench or next to Cuban talking Crypto and future GM duties eating scooby snacks?

I bet the Clippers are going to be pissed about Luka showing them up yesterday, so I hope some other guys are able to step up.

Ya, but our team is riding on a high for winning the trade AND ridding themselves of the cancer that is KP!

Tonight will be super interesting.    Tough to win back to back against the same team...although teams have beat us back to back previously.    Who is going to step up with the scoring tonight as I doubt Luka goes for 50 plus again.  Would love come out with Luka dishing and us hitting threes to start the game.

I doubt it, too. If Lue starts with a plan that allows Zubac to switch onto him again, then he's a dumb-dumb. I bet we'll see a lot more of the defensive approach that slowed him down some in quarters 2-4, only right away.

The Clippers won quarters 2-4, I think, btw. Someone else (Brunson, I hope) is going to need to have a better game than last time for the Mavs to win this one, imo.

Do we know if the new guys are available yet? Is Bertans currently healthy enough to play?

Last time the Clippers lost 4 in a row was the 2018-2019 season, seems like we should help them update that. Must win game.

I wouldn't rule out Luka going off again. 7 of Luka's 17 career 40+ games have come against the Clippers. Lue seems to have a strategy of letting Luka go bonkers early in the hopes he wears himself out by late in the game, sometimes they just get burned with that though

Is DFS playing?  The answer to that is the same as the answer to the question, "will the Mavs win?".

I have a concern about Morris & Co. deciding that they need to get extra physical with Luka as payback and make sure he doesn't go off again.

I imagine that they will start Mann.  Actually played pretty well last game and certainly got under Luka's skin a couple of times!  Not the scorer that Powell is, but he will play better defense on Luka, which is probably better for the Clips...
