Luka-KP combo was the best player in this one.

In some ways this is one of the best wins I have seen for Mavs. This sets the blueprint on how and that Luka and KP can and will dominate at the same time. Thats why this game has such a big significance.

RC, although he was great in spreading things out, and created a more officient offense, was limited by not figuring out how to use KP and Luka as one to punch. Its still too early, and there are also a lot of red flags, but there are also promising signs, and Kidd may figure it out in the end. He is trying different things and yesterday he hit some on the right plays. Now, the challange will be if he realises that and if he can replicate that.

I loved how Luka and KP played together last night.  This is the first time Luka looked like "Luka!" and, I think, the first time KP was played mostly like he should be.  There is still room for improvement, but, OK....I'll throw a bone to KP!  My dirkie goes to KP.
