The age of analytics and Carlisle never really seemed to mesh. Analytics should be a tool in the toolbelt and even if that tool should be heavily utilized, it should never be the end all be all. It always felt like Carlisle was an old school guy who just went YOLO with analytics even if they never completely had his buy in.
