Well, if national team play there is the fertile recruiting ground that it is with Team USA, Josh can be talking to Baynes and Mills about taking under market contracts to play with Luka.  Meanwhile, Powell is issuing nightly scouting reports on Wiggins, NAW and Dort.

It is interesting that Josh is the youngest by far.  Players develop at different rates and you can't account age as the sole factor of future development.  But it is interesting that Thybulle is 3.5 years older than Green.    These next few years will be big for his development.

Lo finished with 29 pts, 8 asts, 4 rebs. At 28 years I wonder whether Lo will give the NBA a try. Bogdanovic had exactly half of Croatia 76 points. Hezonja is such an arrogant prick. 

Brazil vs. Germany for the Olympic spot. Brazil has destroyed the opposition so far. I can´t believe Huertas and Varejao are still playing for them.

If Doncic was able to beat Team USA in an Olympic final, he´d achieve legendary status regardless of anything else he does in his career. The talent around him doesn´t even compare to the old Argentina, Spain or Serbia teams. Even France probably had a better team at their peak.

Though I have to say Tobey is a real interesting player for the room level exception.

Yes. Games so far were against some really bad teams as results show. Now we will see the real strength of our national team and some individuals.

It´s a completly different games. In the last FIBA world cup Varejao dominated Giannis. Brazil beat Greece. Varejao scored 22pts and the game winner. Giannis was not even the best player on his own team. Only scored 13pts and couldn´t get to the rim.
Smaller court. No illegal defense in the paint. Makes it a lot harder for guys that lack shooting touch, handles and foot work. There are no open lanes to attack the rim.
