Health is one of the primary reasons why I have been out on Nesmith, too many red flags for my liking. Small sample size against cupcake teams, poor defender, and 1-trick pony (albeit a very important one in today's NBA). I think he's closer to Jodie Meeks, James Jones than Khris Middleton but the latter outcome wouldn't shock me either; wouldn't hate him at #18 but not my favorite choice.

So what's the best way to consume the draft as a spectator?
The Ringer? Espn?
Is there like a cool local one with Skin and Followil, maybe?

I heard an interview with that @Mavsdraft guy recently, and got the impression that people are telling him Green is not very bright.

Some notes from Kevin O'Connor's latest mock draft:
Quote:if the Hawks keep the pick, Atlanta is said to have interest in a number of players, including wings Isaac Okoro and Devin Vassell, and Iowa State guard Tyrese Haliburton.
Quote:Vassell could go as high as no. 6 to Atlanta or as low as no. 13 to New Orleans.
Quote:The Spurs love Bey, who has a floor as a 3-and-D style wing but provides upside as a scorer off the dribble. Washington forward Jaden McDaniels and Kentucky guard Tyrese Maxey have also been mentioned as targets for the Spurs. However, they’re one of the many teams looking to move up and select Williams or Okongwu. If Okongwu is on the board, front office executives believe he’d be the pick.
He has Hayes falling to #12.
He has the Mavs taking Poku #18 on behalf of OKC, but wonders if any of the Poku stuff can be trusted.

As the draft draws closer, I think the Mavs are trading this pick. 99% sure in fact.
BUT if they don't, I'm ALL IN on Saddiq Bey. ALL ALL ALL IN. If not Bey then Nesmith. Everyone else is a clear tear below. I think those 2 are going to be solid contributors in the NBA for years.
14x All-Star, 12x all-NBA, 1x MVP, 1x Finals MVP, 1 NBA Championship: Dirk Nowitzki, the man, the myth, the legend.

Up, Down or Out?
I'm fine with Bey too.
Bolmaro last until 31? Think any team would take Brunson + 31 in exchange for their late 20s pick?

Absolutely no issue with trading down for #25 & #28 and using one of the picks on Bolmaro. I don't see a lot of differentiation between the wings who will be there between the 15th pick and the 30th pick.

I am thinking trade up or down
The prices this off season seems so high for 18th pick to get us significant upgrade
I expect trade down in order to get future assets, aka 2nd round picks
