All in all, the Lakers are a better team with these moves. They’re not good enough to win it, but they’re good enough to give Luka enough hope that he’ll think they can. It’s probably a little better roster than what the Mavs had the year they made the finals. Luka is Luka. Kessler is a little better than the Mavs centers, Kyrie slightly better than Reaves. DJJ, PJ and the bench were relatively substandard compared to the Laker’s others.

Couldn’t agree more. I’m tired of talking Lakers, but it’s clear as day that Luka is not going to end his career there. It will always be in the front of Mavs fans minds. What if…

I don't watch a lot of Jazz hoops but maybe Kessler is awesome?  I just feel bad for Luka in all of this.  It should have been us surrounding him with mediocre teams for the duration of his career.
