It's not out of the question that Dallas gets a 2nd in the deal. There's a good chance Detroit needs to unload his salary to enable other moves they want to make.

Are we trading Uncle Drew to lead the old man team?

Like a caring father should!

Let’s see if he really goes to the Warriors - for me they are too far away from a championship.

I stay with my uneducated Spurs or Heat guesses.

Did you blatantly steal this one from me from a couple of days ago - or is it great minds think alike?

That would be ideal. He is a little like Joe, a low minutes very good shooter on a strong playoff team. Joe was worth two seconds for his 11 mil contract. Sasser played less minutes but brings more playmaking to the table. I would pay a second for him.

I think it'll look like the Devin Carter trade yesterday. Exact same salary. Sasser plus (1) SRP to DAL into the BAE. AKA salary dump.

DET owns the Mavs very own SRP next year and in '31. Not that that matters any.

The Mavs are without a SRP in '28, '30, '31, '32.

DET have multiple in '27 (3), '28 (4), '30 (2), '31 (2).

Free agent center Jock Landale intends to sign a one-year, $14 million deal to return to the Atlanta Hawks, sources tell ESPN. Landale had a strong finish after being traded to the Hawks, averaging 10.6 points and 5.7 rebounds last season, and his agents Sammy Wloszczowski and Mike Lelchitski of SIG Sports finalized the deal Tuesday.

Cleveland Cavaliers have interest in a second reunion with LeBron James with the appeal of the franchise’s greatest player finishing his career where it all started, league sources tell me.

The Cavs are working on a few trades, per @WindhorstESPN

"They are working on trades, I'm not going to tell you who they're working on because I can't deal with it in my life,"

Most interesting part about Sasser is that he´s a Dallas native. Any chance he´s best friends with the other Dallas native.  Tongue

Also Julius Randle....it´s happening...

But Sasser is averaging 7 pts and shooting 39% from three. That means he is worth at least two second round picks.  Tongue

The Miami Heat are a potential landing spot for LeBron James, per @JakeLFischer

“He’s been connected to Miami, a potential homecoming there once Giannis was traded to South Beach. There’s plenty talk around the league that they could see that reunion”

Pelinka will trade LeBron to Miami for Nikola Jovic then run to Luka and tell him he got the Joker. Checkmate Luka 2028.

Sasser averaged 43/17 per 100 minutes last year. PG of the future for sure.

I'll give LeBron one thing. He's absolutely the GOAT of staying in the headlines and making the NBA about him at all times.
