I think Morez signals that Gafford will be traded and Lively isn't part of the Mavs future, at least not in as significant role as we all once believed.

I wouldn't go that far, but I'll grant you that him being a significant part of their future isn't as CRUCIAL of a hope as it was yesterday. Not the worst improvement in circumstances, given they'll have a contractual decision next summer. 

Still, I wouldn't write off Lively just yet. I know we're all sick of him never playing, but EVERY time he does, his impact is SPECIAL. Not just good. I think you run that ground ball out until the ump says "out."

I looked at the FAQ and you are correct. Sending out cash is a 2nd apron hard cap.

The limit though I'm not to sure. I believe you are correct as long as the trade is finalized before 7/1
