The key is his multi-positional flexibility.  All three of Flagg, MoJo and Lively at times, but any two of them will also work...especially if either (or both) of MoJo and Lively start hitting 3's at a high rate.  All three on D is just incredible.

We already have our Wemby defender. Just need to get and keep him healthy.

We're all just disappointed because he's a defender. Veeerrrry little offensive game, and coming to a team desperate for an offensive face lift.

I think his offensive profile will surprise us.

Perfect clean up guy. Let Flagg and Kyrie cook, and Morez will fill in the gaps.

Three guys that can't shoot the 3.  We already have PJ and Naji that can't shoot. Gonna be painful on the offensive end.

Any two of them on D is amazing, frankly. That's 48 minutes of amazing defense, which is the lead, for me.

Also add that it takes two to tango so the right trade down opportunity may not have presented itself.

Will OKC actually pick two guys or will we finally see a trade? Trade out in this case. Also looks like NO was demanding too much for Murphy

It won't be that way for long.  Just be patient.

Cooper's 3pt% increased as the season went on. I think if he can be a 35% 3pt shooter thats enough for that to work.

PJ can hit a 3. Just had a down year.

Naji is the odd guy out imo. Hopefully we sell high.

Don’t know why folks are worried about guarding Wemby. This offense won’t be good enough to compete at that level for a long time

So OKC gets Mara after all. I guess they all had a staring contest and nobody blinked. Basically ever team gets the player they want without trading, including the Bucks with Ament at 13. Hornets probably take Steinbach at 14. Memphis takes Philon at 16. Only got no feel for Bulls at #15?

Yaxel was a good pick for the Dubs.

Teams win with depth now, if Morez can be an important winning peace, he is a good pick.

Sure but is he a more talented basketball player than PJ? I would say no. Little to no ball skills, wingspan is fun but he is not tall for a C and his outside shot hasnt been great at the college level so he might muck up your spacing if you play him at the four.

I don’t think he is a lottery talent to be quite blunt.

Mara being available for OKC or Charlotte.

Probably a dream scenario for them.

Maybe Lively's future is a big question mark. And Gafford is gone.

MOREZ JOHNSON Jr.

The most physically complete athletic forward in the 2026 draft class. A national champion with a 39-inch vertical, top combine lane agility, and a developing offensive game whose stock is rising as fast as any prospect in the field.
