Efes Istanbul.

He is still playing in EL at high level.

Just need to get this guy out of the organization.   Can't let him back in.

Good thing we picked him over Giannis then.

Ouch... I don't see the point here honestly.

It's not Shane fault.

The Stein Line has also been advised that former Trail Blazers, Bucks and Hawks coach Terry Stotts — who previously had a stint in Dallas as an assistant and was once recommended strongly for Kidd's staff by former majority owner Mark Cuban — is also certain to get an interview for the position.

It was a response to why someone would consult Cubes over the draft.  That's just one example of his handy work. Could have also used asleep at the wheel for the Josh Green pick.

Agree.

Cubes has to stay miles away from the Dallas Mavericks.

We don't need him. For sure.

Apparently both Stein and Fischer think that the the Mavs may also be looking at Dusty May as a possible head coach (Smoking Cuban article referenced by other media outlets).

He just coached Michigan to the championship game, but I honestly know nothing about him.

I had to go poking around on Wikipedia to see his history - which is pretty impressive for someone that age (50 yrs old).

Lakers waiting for NBA finals to conclude to talk to with Mitchell Robinson. Gafford for #26 probably the back-up plan, if no tampering materializes.

If I was a betting man, like Sorbsy, I would bet against Kyrie being on the Mavs to start the 27 season.    Although, I am not sure they are at a ticking time bomb with him.    Time will see if he looks the same and if he can stay on the court.  That would change things.   Kyrie is 34 years old and doesn't really match up with Coop long term.    Although this past season a soon to be James Harden was moved for Darius Garland.   Harden was a FA to be and is 3 years older than Kyrie.    Harden has been the better player and much more available over his career.   He stinks in big games though.   Steph Curry has been a much better player than Kyrie and means much more to Golden State.  He is 4 years older than Kyrie.   Durant is also a better player than Kyrie but he is also going to be 38.

We will see if Kyrie can look like Kyrie and if he can stay on the court, but I don't consider his decision on a trade as a ticking time bomb.

Kyrie has taken his time to come back from this injury. I expect him to be 100% and fresh. He is a 34 years old with only 30-31 years of tread.

Historically this hasn't proven out.  Guys who get injured a lot throughout their career don't last longer due to fresh legs.  They tend to get even more injured as they get older.  Maybe Kyrie bucks the trend, but I wouldn't count on "fresh legs".

REPORT: Klay Thompsons preferred destinations if he gets moved are Miami, Orlando, Houston, Phoenix and San Antonio.
Klay has communicated with the front office throughout the month saying he prefers warm weather and a state with no income tax.

Miami has a $16.8mm TPE that expires 7/7.  Taking Thompson into that before 7/1 is a hardcap problem from the prior season if there isn't enough returning salary.  The salary is too big to fit the TPE after 7/1.
