Good news for everyone is that the entire organization has now embraced the tank. Now it's just a matter of making it look good to stay off Silver's radar

Silver? After Luka trade? I don't care about this moron, we have another rigged lottery to win.

Memphis really did us a solid. That was truly a must-lose game against them, and now we’ve got a little cushion again in the Tankathon standings.

Realistically, we might still be able to catch the Pelicans, since they actually seem to be trying to win. But it’s going to be tough to out-tank the Utah Jazz - they’re blatantly tanking at this point.

At least over this four-game stretch we managed to split it. Four must-lose games - getting more than that probably wasn’t realistic anyway.

Still, it’s honestly weird watching a game and actively hoping your own team loses, and getting annoyed when they score. I just hope this whole thing is over soon.

The Mavs should be able to "catch" the Pels quite easily, and not catch the Jazz (nor the four above them) no matter how well they play. They'll have the sixth-best lottery odds if they don't screw up.

This is two years in a row MEM has helped the Mav's draft chances by winning. They assured the DAL spot with a play-in victory last spring, then went on to lose 0-4 in their first round series.

Maybe we need to send over a gift basket?
