Looked it up. Raptors have no additional picks incoming from other teams, but they own all their own picks.
How about this deal
to the Raptors:
Porzingis
to the Mavs:
Julius Randle
Goran Dragic
Nerleans Noel (via TPE)
Raptors 2025 1st round pick (top 5 protected)
to the Knicks:
Precious Achiuwa
Buddy Hield
Raptors 2023 1st round pick unprotected
Trade of the protected 2023 Mavs 1st round pick for a 2025 unprotected 1st round pick
to the Pacers:
THJ

This would make so much sense. We would need to dump 2 players though.

I was doing it quickly, salaries also don't match. But it wouldn't be an issue to add two players

Burke+Maxi to SAC
This works for all teams
TOR: KP
Mavs: Trent Jr. +Dragic+Holmes
SAC: Maxi+Burke

I like this timeline even more.

I think this is interesting. Maybe ATL would want a future pick or two instead of Kleber? But I think Trent would work well with Young. Toronto fans seem pretty happy with Trent though.

Siakam makes even more money than Porzingis over the next three years. That´s a BIG contract, too.
I highly doubt Toronto trades Siakam. His coming-off injury has coincided with their 7 game winning streak, as well as I doubt Ujiri trades him for injury-prone KP. Toronto is making a move up the ladder in the East. And he's not moving Dragic without getting something back from his expiring contract. I could be wrong, JMO.

As long as we get enough value for KP I don´t care what it looks like. Future picks are trade assets. No need to rush into a bad three-team player deal. Negotiating picks can be done much easier.
Dragic + 2023 unprotected 1st + 2025 lottey protected 1st for KP is fine by me.
It reduces our pay-roll and for two 1st round picks you can get a Myles Turner, Julius Randle level player, maybe even John Collins, if you send Kleber the other way, later. Or they might be used for a Beal/Lillard package in the summer.

My trade is simple:
Raps: KP + Moses
Mavs: Holmes + Dragic + FRP from Toronto
Kings: Precious + Boucher
But I think this is Siakam for KP.

This makes a lot of sense too, but we would be lite on big men. I have been warming up tot he idea of Collins as a center, but then our only 4 would be DFS.
I think Trent/Holmes to Mavs is probably more likely (assuming Tor is willing to part with Trent for KP).

Problem is that I admittedly don´t rate Siakam as a max player. Therefore I concede that I´m probably off on his evaluation.

Collins + Dragic it is. Then we´d have to send THJ out for a center. It´s happening Gary Harris and
Dragic + Harris + Collins + Bamba for KP/THJ/Kleber. Looks fairly even.
Do we possibly have capspace in this scenario? Dragic + Harris + Bamba (RFA) are expiring and KP/THJ/Kleber are worth 60M in contracts.

So much for that KP deal. Seems like Dallas wanted more than what TOR was ever willing to offer.
At least Dragic is going to a place that will almost assuredly buy him out.

So do the Spurs get a pick? What is their incentive to trade for Goran? Can't imagine they want him playing or Goran wants to go there. Now we will probably see who Goran wants to play with: Dallas, Miami, Milwaukee?

I'm still questioning why Toronto would trade for Thad Young unless they have a plan to deal one of their many forwards.
