Af the start of 2026, JB Bickerstaff will be the new president of the NBA Coaches Association as Rick Carlisle resigns.

Great post as I try to stay current on the NBA happening.

Huff is a surprise

now we see why Bickerstaff called Stewart an elite interior defender

Kon stat is crazy.

But Coop already in that mix of defenders is insane too.

OKC got run by SA again.   Interesting.  Wemby really doesn't seem to like Chet.

Houston loses to LAC, Lakers lose to the Suns and Denver loses to the Mavs.   Rockets currently in 6th in the west.

ATL is doubled up in the fourth to lose the the Bulls.  Their 4th straight loss.

Nets beat the Sixers.  Sixers appear much more fun when Embid does not play.

Looks like the Spurs are taking the title of "OKC's Kryptonite" from the Mavs

If Dort, Caruso and co. don't make their 3s then OKC is in big trouble.

Maybe they´ll trade Wemby to the Lakers for Reaves.

If I’m the Spurs GM, there is zero chance I’m trading Harper or Castle.

I haven't had a chance to watch that team much this year. Are they looking good on the court together?

Their big 3 are awesome. Scary team for sure.

The Spurs are arguably the 2nd best team in the NBA.  They're 3-0 head to head against the best team in the NBA.  Their three best players are 21, 21, 19 years old.

They don't need to acquire a veteran like AD/Giannis to be a contender.  They already are. Health pending, they're about to go on another decade plus dynasty type run.

Sure…I knew all that. What I don’t know is: do Castle and Harper look good playing TOGETHER?

Because when you mix in Fox, I think they’ll be FORCED to trade one of those three, sooner or later.

That's like worrying about how much taxes I'm going to have to pay next year because I won the lottery.

I’m just asking: Do Castle and Harper look good playing at the same time? That’s it. I asked because your comment made me think you’d been watching. Today’s game, at least. I haven’t seen them together, and I’ve been curious.

The scary thing is Harper is far from being a finished product. Also most of this run has been without Wemby or him coming off the bench.

There is a chance their pick this year is higher than Dallas’ too

From the couple of games I have seen they can play together easily. The great thing about their guards is that they are long and strong and athletic and good defenders - maybe with the exception of Fox - so they could play three of them together and hold their ground on defense. And that’s without Wemby as an defensive eraser. They come with full force at you and OKC eventually broke. What could doom them is their shaky shooting I guess.

Harper probably is the better player there... And it's scary as hell because Castle & Fox are great.

56-16-15. Jokic's line in a win over Minnesota in OT. It's unreal what this guy does most nights.

And he's rarely injured.
