I honestly feel they don’t do any real legwork on the draft when it comes to lower picks. They can talk all about Giannis but the rumors were strong about Larkin and they end up drafting him. Same with Green. They fall in love with a player and don’t even consider the alternative even when someone ranked much higher across most teams’ boards falls.
The other thing is are they all on the same page? If so then RC didn’t do any workouts with Green or put him through game drills to see if he could contribute? The other day RC said we don’t need a big man in a trade. Is RC the GM or was he echoing Donnie’s thoughts. It is ok to be dysfunctional when you don’t have a stud that all other franchises will try to steal the first chance they get. They have got that stud now. Cuban needs to wake up before it is too late.
