I know I'm a fan of a more condensed playoff lineup where only around 8 guys are the main ones expecting minutes. 
Fine with it even if Hardway is the one that becomes that other 20 to 24 mpg guy instead of Exum. Not ideal really but so much better than trying to play 10 or 11 guys
