Nah, age of minor is crime because minors can't give consent as they aren't developed enough cognitively.
So it isn't hypocritical tbh, more consistent.
The hypocritical is that older women won't held accountable when they have a relationship with older kids. A 14 years old boy and 25 years old girl would be source of jokes rather than disgusts and anger, even though it is equally wrong, at least under the laws.
