2021 FREE AGENCY: Markkanen wants out of CHI | DAL "definitely interested"

I'm not projecting anything.

I don't know what Fournier's number will be, but Hollinger gave his projection, and I'm definitely interested if he's right. That's all I said. 

I dunno what to tell you other than if we were following your free agent strategy, we'd never sign anyone good.  We argued about this ad naseum two summers ago.  The entire nature of free agency (with multiple teams bidding) is that most known commodities get paid more than they're worth.

If I'm going to use Hollingers numbers for anything, I'm looking at players his model predicts are worth X amount and scuttlebutt is they'll get less in free agency.  Here are some values he has based on his model.  

Devonte Graham - $19 million
TJ McConnell - $12 million
Alex Caruso - $12 million
Danny Green - $19 million
Alec Burks - $10 million
Furkan Korkmaz - $11 million
Nicolas Batum - $10.5 million
Doug McDermott - $8 million
Richaun Holmes - $18 million  (put it in there for you.  I think $16-18 is his number)
Kelly Olynyk - $14 million
