I voted YES for November as I think there is a willingness in the NMBT (New MBT) to rehab KP's game and reputation in the hopes he becomes a more recognized contributor and helps improve the team.
That said, everyone is going to hold their breath and cross fingers (and toes and whatever else they can think of) that he stay's healthy. Every time he gets pushed down, or takes a charge, or moves to the rim through traffic everyone will hold their collective breath until he gets up and heads back down court.
For this reason, I'm not confident he will still be in a DAL uniform when the season ends.
