This is good stuff. Definitely helps see in other perspective. I do too think a lot of the issues stem from being a young team. Yeah, our avg isn't young but that's cause of the few old guys that barely play. It'll come with the losses, unfortunately; but i do believe the MBT is working harder now than any time after our Championship to figure out what fits and what is needed.
