I 100% agree with the raising the ceiling part. But wouldn´t this mean, letting both of them go?

Regarding J-Rich´s salary: I just don´t see he can demand 10-12 mio again. Is he better than Jeremy Lamb or Kyle Anderson or Clarkson? Not to me.
