I mean ... the Pistons got the Lakers 2nd round pick, which will be in the 50s, not worth much more than a undrafted free agent signing and has probably a 98% historical probability of being G League fodder and a 2nd round pick 3 years from now. I know we're all NBA nerds starving for information and are going to obsess over every tertiary transaction, but let's also use some context. Sacramento used some throwaway assets to get a fringe NBA player. Detroit saved some money.
