LeBron's always been an fast/quick/explosive/devastating athlete with the "gift". He might not be as graceful as others but with his size, he could work through that problem. The concerns about his shooting touch bared fruit throughout his career but they were minimal and there was no doubt in anyone's mind that he'd be successful in basketball.
