I follow your take in general, but I‘d definitely do a one for one swap or add some smaller incentives. 

I was actually thinking about what the Sixers might do when the chemistry on the floor isn’t there. 

Financially it would need some major magic, but would they give up Edgecombe for some win now players?

I didn't completely reject a one for one swap--just adding those small incentives, such as unprotected 1st round swappish sort of things. I'm tired of the Mavs coming up on the smelly end of the stick on negotiations...a la Luka...
