Note how relatively dead and inactive the board has been for the past week, and that’s with the logjam clearing of LeBron making his retirement home decision. That’s because it was never Queen Jane holding the league hostage, but rather that ultra-incompetent investigative firm looking into Kawhi/Balmer/trees. The NBA is screwing over the other 29 teams by not making the investigators wrap it up and divulge their findings right now. I’m telling you, without something to accelerate the process exponentially, the earliest it will be done is mid-September, and perhaps later.
