What does this do to the tax line? I imagine there's still something that needs to be outgoing in another deal for financial purposes...right?
The math should be easy -- I would assume Risacher is being added via TPE. I'm away from my working data, so not sure where that leaves the total payroll, but they still have another deal looming (assuming this is a one-for-one) since they have 16.
