They went to some trouble to get him at 56 rather than trying to sign him outside of the draft system. So, they have greater control of his rights than they would have had otherwise (and therefore more options). I think the other thing that has a bearing on this is what happens with Cisse. If Cisse gets a spot on the 15 man roster, it makes it easier to find a spot for Seve among the two-ways.
Still some dominoes left to fall. My guess is we won't get much clarity until the Klay situation is sorted. Stay or go. Either way, I think that will have a major effect on what they end up doing (or not doing).
