Probably means it’s fair value. Like I was alluding to. Of course, it depends on how you view each player. I will say, just because he was drafted #23, doesn’t mean that’s where the Mavs had him on their board. They could of had him anywhere 10-24, or 26+. Again, Carr is the only asset the Lakers have that’s even a ’conversation starter’ IMO.
