Trade & Free Agency 2026/2027

[KillerLeft]

Youtube pushed Brad Stevens' Brown trade press conference stream to my home feed. Between that and everything else, I guess I'm not getting any writing done today.

Predictably, this is being handled 100x better than the press conference that immediately followed the Luka trade. Night and day. Transparency of thinking (simply put: they didn't think 70% of the cap and 80% of the usage being tied up with two players was a sustainable team-building model, and they're probably right), but mixed in with a TON of empathy and gushing over what an important part of team history Brown is.
