The closest match to that list (in its entirety) who could be a plausible addition at this time (that I can think of) is Mathurin. I'm not sure he's particularly special in any of your listed areas, nor am I sure he has the potential to become special in any of them, but Schmitz might feel differently, he is gettable, and he does make a dent on all 6 of your criteria categories. 

I'm not sure I agree that's the only type of player that can help the backcourt, however. I'm not even sure that's the best type (though it could be).

I know your biggest concern is creation, followed by floor spacing. Needle-moving large-for-position point guards are at a very high premium. What would be your ideal backcourt acquisition?
